Main responsibilities:

  • Develop and foster a culture of "can do" and Challenge within the Growth performance team to create an environment of ownership and responsibility
  • Lead the Growth performance team in in Russia, coach, challenge, monitor and evaluate the team performance to ensure a highly energized and motivated team
  • Track market performance and execution; track performance on key operational priorities
  • Bring forward analytical insights to country GM, customer & growth heads
  • Marketing mix optimization
  • ROI
  • Provide a clear and complete and unbiased view on performance connecting insights coming from financial data, market data and field force data
  • Developing KPI tracking and performance monitoring reports to support the overall business objectives.
  • Act as GM “eyes” and provide meaningful strategic recos to the leadership team
  • Provide business analytical support for GM
  • Country performance reporting (including category deep dives)
  • Market growth forecast inputs, secondary research
  • Owns dashboarding or integration of data
  • Manages sales databases
  • Harmonization of data and integration to global Sanofi platforms
  • Harmonization and integration of sell-in, sell-out, offtake, stock
  • Sourcing of market data, negotiations with IQVIA/ agency
  • Owns analytics program and promotional analysis
  • Measurement of owned-paid media including digital
  • Develops integrated competitive intelligence of select players
  • Sales incentive management
  • Targets tracking & payout calculation
  • Segmentation, coverage and targeting, SFE & SFA tools development and maintaining (incl. CRM)
  • Drive commercial excellence by tracking execution and evaluating the efficiency of our commercial mix.

Necessary knowledge & experience:

  • Higher education
  • Comprehensive experience and/or aptitude for data and analytics
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, manage stakeholders through strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • People management skills
  • The level of proficiency in foreign language: English language proficiency
  • A well-developed business acumen and curiosity
  • High levels of passion, energy and focus
  • Collaborative, proactive, assertive with strong presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate through complexity, process information and incorporate feedback into an interactive business conversation
