- Migration support: visas, work permits, etc.
- Travel support.
- Office work live support (office supplies order, office equipment repair requests).
- Work with primary documentation (invoices, acts, invoices).
- Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
- organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in an administrative role
