Responsibilities:

  • Migration support: visas, work permits, etc.
  • Travel support.
  • Office work live support (office supplies order, office equipment repair requests).
  • Work with primary documentation (invoices, acts, invoices).
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
  • organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in an administrative role
  • The ability to multitask.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Good English skills.

Terms:

  • Location: Limassol
  • We are considering candidates who are currently in Cyprus. Relocation from other countries is not paid for by the employer.
