We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lawyer to join our team and ensure compliance with labor and commercial laws while supporting the company's legal needs of Collect & Pay LTD (collectnpay.com), one of the companies in Collect Group Holdings. It is a licensed Fintech company that provides International SWIFT Payment Solution for Business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support on labor law matters, including employment contracts, policies, and workplace compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with Russian legislation, particularly in labor and commercial law.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and disputes.
• Conduct legal research and monitor changes in regulations to ensure up-to-date practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and mitigate potential legal risks.
• Support the company's licensing, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
• Manage relationships with external legal advisors, when necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law from a recognized institution.
• 4-5 years of proven experience in labor law and commercial law in Russia.
• Strong understanding of Russian labor legislation and commercial regulations.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Experience in Financial Industry is required
• Proficiency in both English and Russian (verbal and written).
