Since 2007, Latera has been a leading provider of software solutions for telecom companies and subscription-based businesses. Our flagship product, Hydra Billing, is a comprehensive billing platform with integrated modules for provisioning, mediation, self-care, and payments.

We are seeking a Junior Sales Manager to qualify and engage leads, conduct initial presentations in English, and maintain communication with prospective clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for technology-driven sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify incoming leads and identify potential opportunities.

  • Conduct initial product presentations in English.

  • Maintain consistent communication with leads to nurture relationships.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and pre-sales engineers, to support sales processes.

  • Assist in account planning and forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or a related role.

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.

  • Customer-focused mindset and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in IT or telecommunications is a plus.

  • Additional language skills (e.g., Spanish) are an advantage.
