Your Responsibilities:
-Maintain and expand the customer base;
-Communicate with clients via chat and phone;
-Consult VIP clients and build lasting relationships;
-Present and sell company products and services;
-Record and report activities in the CRM system;

-Sales Experience: Strong skills in sales, including stress resistance, adaptability, and the ability to inspire and engage clients with charm and charisma;
-Client Communication: Proven experience in client communication, with the ability to listen to clients’ needs and pain points effectively—an essential skill we highly value;
-Responsibility and Results-Oriented: A responsible, goal-driven approach to achieving common objectives and advancing to new heights together;
-English fluency is mandatory. Proficiency in Malaysian language.
