We are seeking a dynamic and mobile International Sales manager to join our team, focusing on distribution management in cosmetology&medical aesthetics field. This role is perfect for individuals with relevant experience in sales, particularly in building relationships with distributors and executing go-to-market plans.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, focusing on the medical aesthetics and med-spa markets.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, particularly in priority markets such as North America, MENA, Europe.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, assess competition, and understand regulatory environments in various regions.
- Set clear sales targets for distributors, monitor their performance, and provide necessary support to achieve sales goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of marketing strategies and sales initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance against KPIs tied to distributor sales growth.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive database of potential distributors, starting from scratch.
- Conduct cold calls to potential distributors. A base of contacts is provided.
- Prepare invoices and manage the sales process from initial proposal to closing documentation.
- Provide training and support to distributors on product offerings and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role, with a strong focus on distributor management.
- Experience in cold calling and direct sales; hands-on experience is essential.
- Knowledge of export sales processes and understanding of export-import legislation peculiarities for each region.
- Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to effectively engage with decision-makers at various levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Fluent in English (C1+ level); knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
- Familiarity with the medical aesthetics industry is preferred.
