Reporting to the Director of Sales, the successful candidate needs to be a self-starter who will work with current and potential clients on a daily basis, with accountability for leading business development and working with existing clients to grow their business across assigned portfolio
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Support group business
- Develop with sales director tactical sales plan and use consultative selling style to drive revenue/ share and build strong relationships with clients (B2B)
- Implement marketing campaigns, conduct with marketing suppliers
- Participate in business activities
- Outside/inside sales calls (accordingly to customer target)
- Prepare market and competitors overview
- Prepare marketing newsletter
- Organization and participation exhibitions/webinars/other business activities
- Weekly reports
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in airline industry (as advantage)
- Sense of authority and confidence to achieve results in the negotiation process
- Demonstrated record of being highly organized, competitive, results oriented
- Ability to actively listen and capture the true needs of our clients
- Bachelor degree
- Computer literacy
- Ability to travel as required
