This opportunity comes as we transition from outsourcing to in-house operations - a strategic move designed to enhance our social media presence, gain better control over content creation, and maintain consistency in marketing efforts.
We’re looking for a talented specialist who can create a compelling and engaging presence across social media platforms. Your role will be key in driving brand awareness, building trust within the iGaming community, generating leads, attracting partnerships, and managing the brand's online reputation with precision and creativity.
With our product in the production stage and positioned for significant growth, we aim to establish a strong foothold in the market.
Responsibilities:
Content Strategy and Creation:

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content for various platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).

Collaborate with designers to produce high-quality visuals.

Coordinate with internal teams to highlight product updates, events, and partnerships.

Adapt content for different markets, ensuring cultural and linguistic relevance.

Respond to comments and messages
Performance Monitoring:

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media platforms.

Prepare regular reports on engagement, reach, and other metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Trends and Competitor Analysis:

Stay updated with iGaming industry trends, social media best practices, and competitor activities.

Propose innovative ideas to keep content fresh and relevant.
Campaign Management:

Plan and execute promotional campaigns, contests, and collaborations to drive engagement and brand awareness.

Manage paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads.
Requirements:

Experience: 3-4 years in social media management.

Language Proficiency: Native Russian and English at B2-C1 level (the team operates in English).

Analytical Skills: Proven experience in working with analytics and reporting.

Commercial Experience: Familiarity with collaborating closely with the commercial department.
