The role:
Sales Support:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, WhatsApp, and chat, fostering strong client relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Customize travel experiences by understanding client preferences and suggesting destinations, products, and Club Med offerings.
- Manage sales support for direct and online channels, including sending payment links, processing final payments, issuing insurance, preparing travel documents, and updating customer records.
- Drive sales growth by acquiring and retaining clients, promoting additional services, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining accurate commercial data.
Customer Care :
- Respond promptly to inquiries, providing accurate information about resorts and services.
- Manage pre- and post-departure claims and complaints, ensuring resolution and satisfaction while adhering to policies.
- Maintain detailed CRM records and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support.
- Gather and act on client feedback to enhance satisfaction and drive service improvements.
- Provide regular reports to management on claims and customer feedback.
The Candidate:
- Proven experience in sales or customer care within the travel industry.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly approach.
- Strong customer focus and a passion for travel.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work effectively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Fluent in Russian; English proficiency required; knowledge of French is advantageous.
