RESPONSIBILITIES:

Market analysis and reporting: Direct Sales Industry, Functional Food and Meal replacements and providing management with competitive monitoring & pricing analysis on ad hoc basis

Coordination of new product development process, including:
- Product sensory profile creation through sensory reasearch and in line with key benchmarks
- Local claims document creation and alignment
- Labels design artwork creation and implemention with the support from Licensing team
- Coordinate forecasting and pricing tasks

Coordination of product launches through 360 launch support plans development and execution under the supervision of Product Manager to post launch analysis and support activities development.

Delivering Member communication and support Member product activation projects

3-d party service providers management (agencies, design, print & production houses, etc) ensuring high quality of deliverables at optimal cost.

To meet and support Standard Operational Procedures and interact with all departments and Herbalife offices to ensure implementation and understanding of corporate marketing strategies and policies. To perform evaluation of subordinates development to understand training needs and to ensure effective implementation of local marketing plans & strategies
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years relevant experience (marketing, product, brand/category management, trade marketing, sales) in a Western company
- Fluent English language as a must
- Excellent communication, networking skills, negotiation and presentation skills
