UI/UX Designer (Temporary Position, 6-Month Contract, Full-time)

You will work on design of digital platforms together with our full-time UI designer to support
the increased workload caused by ambitious development plan until autumn 2025.

our customers all year round.

Your Tasks:
- Design adaptive interfaces for team and the end user, including mobile and desktop
versions.
- Work with existing design system: utilize existing components, create and implement
local variations while maintaining visual and functional integrity.
- Work closely with the development team: explain how components and interactions
should work, describe specifications for behavior of interface elements
- Conduct design reviews after functionality has been implemented by developers,
monitor compliance with mockups and make adjustments if needed.
- Conduct user research and testing as needed.
- Working in team with our UI/UX designer.

Your Skills and Experience:
- Experience of work in product teams on complex projects from 2 years, portfolio with
realized projects.
- Strong Figma skills: knowledge of auto-layouts, variant components, style libraries,
prototyping + Adobe package, Jira, Miro.
- Independence and responsibility, ability to take initiative, argument and defend selected
UX/UI solutions for the team.
- Focus on product usability: provide an intuitive UX where functionality and ease of
interaction come first.
- Ability to create concepts based on research and team brainstorming
- Speaking English fluently (job requires collaboration with international teams).
- Detail-oriented, aspiration for pixel-perfect design.
