Do you have a passion for building brands in one of the fastest-growing online markets in the world? P&G is looking for a Marketing professional with hands-on keyboard experience in E-Commerce to join our team as a Senior E-Commerce Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for development of long term e-commerce strategy and its implementation via deep dive analytics and effective relationships with partners.
At P&G, E-Commerce professionals are the leaders who influence online retailers' decisions and grow the turnover of our brands by using data-based commercial techniques.
As a Senior E-commerce Marketing Manager, you will:
• Implement performance marketing support for P&G brands within top e-retailers (plans creation, delivery tracking, comprehensive analytics, agency management)
• Enhance paid and organic search across key marketplaces via automated solutions
• Work on e-content and SEO optimization
• Develop innovative approaches to optimize campaign effectiveness and efficiency and establish its’ real-time enhanced measurement.

Job Qualifications
• The job requires you to be based in Russia
• A higher education diploma
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in e-commerce (client or agency) working at top marketplaces (OZON and Wildberries is a must)
• Strong analytical and advanced MS Excel skills
• Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)
• Leadership skills, self-starting approach, out-of-the-box thinking
• Interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
