A leading automotive and fintech platform is seeking a Head of Revenue to drive revenue growth, scale sales operations, and expand market presence. This is a high-impact leadership position for a results-driven professional with expertise in sales strategy, customer success, and market expansion within the SaaS, B2B, or fintech sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, revenue management, and business development, with the ability to build and optimize sales, customer success, and marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for both SaaS subscriptions and inventory financing.
  • Lead, manage, and scale the sales team to drive rapid revenue growth.
  • Optimize lead generation, sales funnel efficiency, and deal conversion rates.
  • Directly manage strategic deals, particularly in new market expansion.

Customer Success & Expansion

  • Design and execute customer retention strategies to minimize churn.
  • Drive upsell and expansion initiatives to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Streamline onboarding and engagement processes to enhance customer experience.

Marketing & Demand Generation

  • Oversee marketing strategy, including digital campaigns, content, and partnerships.
  • Develop and refine sales enablement materials (case studies, landing pages, email campaigns).

Market Expansion

  • Research and implement go-to-market strategies for expansion into new countries.
  • Lead initial sales efforts and develop key partnerships in new markets.
  • Recruit and establish the first local sales team in expansion regions.

Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years in Sales, Revenue Management, or Business Development (preferably in SaaS, B2B, or fintech).
  • Proven experience in market expansion and scaling sales operations.
  • Strong background in Customer Success & Retention strategies.
  • Hands-on expertise in growth marketing, lead generation, and PR.

  • Proactive and capable of building processes from scratch.
  • Adaptable to fast-changing startup environments.
  • Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on scalability and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for market expansion and business development.

Additional Requirements

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Must be based in the UAE or a Gulf Time Zone.
