Currently we have a vacancy for an Administrative Manager who will be responsible for organisation, planning and management of service-oriented administrative activities within the international team.

Administrative Manager reports to COO.

The main areas of responsibility for Administrative Manager includes, but is not limited to:

1. Organising and resolving administrative issues for group of companies:

  • Maintaining the customer register,

  • Maintaining the register of suppliers,

  • Supporting the sales team in working with clients,

  • Filling in accuracy indicators in the clients' documents,

  • Working with Trello to negotiate contracts (sales support),

  • Supporting the company's vendor managers,

  • Working with various tasks in Trello,

  • Administering of the company benefit (compensation of the foreign languages classes),

  • Organising, recording and uploading to Knowledge Base the monthly company meetings,

  • Organising company events internationally (exhibitions, conferences, team building events, etc.)

2. Organising and managing the operations of the offline and online offices of the group of companies:

  • Ordering goods to offices in Moscow, Kazan;

  • Receiving goods in the Moscow office;

  • Sending and receiving correspondence in the Moscow office;

  • Printing, signing, scanning and archiving the documents in the Moscow office;

  • Issuing equipment to employees (including internationally);

  • Travelling support (booking tickets, hotel reservations, taxi).

Apply, if you have:

  1. Similar experience, preferably in IT company for 1+ year,

  2. English B2 or higher,

  3. Experience of working with document flow,

  4. Experience working with international teams and/or knowledge of Spanish - nice to have,

  5. Experience with Trello, Confluence, Google Suite, EasyDocs, PandaDoc, YouTrack or similar software.
