We are currently looking for a Sales Account Manager to help us expand our client base, build long-term relationships with customers, and ensure seamless collaboration with our clients.
What You Will Do:
- Actively search for clients (IT companies, startups, product and outsourcing companies that need developers for outstaffing).
- Manage negotiations and deals—guiding clients from the first contact to contract signing.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and participate in sales strategy development.
- Work with CRM—enter lead information and maintain a client database.
- Participate in conferences and events to find new clients.
- Collaborate with recruiters to match IT specialists with client projects.
What We Expect From You:
- 2+ year of experience in B2B sales (experience in IT, digital, HR-tech, recruiting, or outstaffing is a plus).
- English proficiency at B2+ level (negotiating with clients from the USA and Europe).
- Understanding of the IT outstaffing market, trends, and client engagement principles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Ability to handle objections effectively.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset.
