Our clients include companies from the USA, Canada, Europe, and Latin America, and we help them strengthen their teams with top-tier specialists in backend, frontend, DevOps, QA, and other IT fields.

We are currently looking for a Sales Account Manager to help us expand our client base, build long-term relationships with customers, and ensure seamless collaboration with our clients.

What You Will Do:

  • Actively search for clients (IT companies, startups, product and outsourcing companies that need developers for outstaffing).
  • Manage negotiations and deals—guiding clients from the first contact to contract signing.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and participate in sales strategy development.
  • Work with CRM—enter lead information and maintain a client database.
  • Participate in conferences and events to find new clients.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to match IT specialists with client projects.

What We Expect From You:

  • 2+ year of experience in B2B sales (experience in IT, digital, HR-tech, recruiting, or outstaffing is a plus).
  • English proficiency at B2+ level (negotiating with clients from the USA and Europe).
  • Understanding of the IT outstaffing market, trends, and client engagement principles.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset.
