We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Corporate Service Provider to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive range of corporate services to our clients, ensuring compliance with local regulations and providing exceptional client support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Company Formation and Registration:
- Assist clients in the formation and registration of various types of companies in UAE (Dubai, Abu-Dhabi, freezones) and other jurisdictions.
- Prepare and arrange submission of all necessary documentation to relevant authorities, including the Department of Economic Development (DED), Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), and others.
- Advise clients on the most suitable corporate structure and jurisdiction based on their business needs.
- Compliance and Regulatory Services:
- Ensure client companies comply with local laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
- Maintain and keep updated statutory records, including registers of shareholders, directors, and officers.
- Prepare and file mandatory filings with relevant authorities.
- Licensing and Permits:
- Assist clients in obtaining business licenses, permits, and approvals from various government entities.
- Renew and update existing licenses and permits as required.
- Corporate Administration:
- Provide ongoing administrative support to client companies, including drafting resolutions, minutes of meetings, and other corporate documents.
- Manage changes to company structures, such as share transfers, changes in directors or shareholders, and amendments to articles of association.
- Bank Account Assistance:
- Facilitate the opening and maintenance of corporate bank accounts for clients.
- Assist with banking documentation and compliance requirements.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing prompt and professional responses to inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the range of services offered to clients.
- Support marketing and business development activities, including attending networking events and industry conferences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate services, company secretarial services, or a similar role.
- Experience in the UAE market is highly preferred.
- Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of UAE corporate law and regulations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Other Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Russian;
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines effectively.
