Johnson & Johnson Vision is looking for a candidate for Group Brand Manager role, located in Moscow.
Main responsibilities:
Lead (together with Portfolio Marketing Manager) Portfolio strategy and management for contact lenses for Johnson & Johnson Vision Care Russia, that includes:
- Ownership of DD and RU brands within CL portfolio + CEH. Meaning, monthly data analyses, management of in-market demand, working on claims and pack attractiveness. Leading cross functional team in the above mentioned.
- Be the lead of NPIs in DD, RU and CEH (pre-launch, launch and post launch): launch strategy, calculations and execution lead.
- Be the lead of portfolio executional review process.
- Input to development and execution of annual Marketing plan of activation for Eye Care Professional (ECPs) to ensure business objectives are achieved.
- Be a knowledge of expertise for the organization in regards to ACUVUE CL.
- Be a solid partner in multi-functional team.
- Manage A&P budget in line with responsibility.
Job Requirements:
- Education in marketing, economics.
- Medical or biological education is preferred.
- Experience at a brand managing position in an international company (preferably Healthcare and FMCG)
- 2+ year of marketing experience.
- Skills of NPI launches, planning, tracking, overall lead is a must.
- Strong analytical skills, research management, presentation skills.
- Developed leadership skills.
- Strong team player.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Upper-Intermediate English is a must.
