Our client, a international company, is opening a competition for the position of Agile Partner.

The Role:

As an Agile Business Partner, you will work on 4 main areas and types of tasks

  • Shaping the Organization. These are all kinds of tasks related to changes in ways of working, decision making processes, governance, structure, culture, etc. It is an opportunity to influence the whole organization and make a real difference. You will need to drive these projects and get things done.
  • Preparing the Organization: develop organization's capabilities to operate autonomously in the new ways of working. Trainings, coaching, mentoring, all types of educational activities - these will be your main instruments to deliver
  • on these tasks! We already have a big list of different training programs and workshops - and we always need more!
  • Serving the Organization. We work in the model “Scrum Master as a Service”: this means that we are not working in day-to-day with the product teams, but we help them with some specific requests: conflict resolutions, projects/teams kick-offs, discovery processes (via design thinking approach), diagnosing and solving specific teams’ problems, strategic sessions facilitation, etc.
  • Project management. Take on a mentorship role for project managers to guide them in best practices and methodologies or lead key projects directly. This involves working closely with the team to provide strategic direction, managing resources efficiently, ensuring adherence to timelines, and facilitating collaboration to ensure project goals are met effectively.

Qualifications and experience:

  • 3+ years Agile experience
  • Domain expertise, e.g., when supporting Scrum of Scrums
  • English not less than Upper-Intermediate
  • Servant-leader who allows team to perform
  • Motivator and coach
  • System thinker and deep listener and communicator
  • Facilitation and conflict resolution
