Head of Trading Academy

As the Head of Trading Academy, you will shape the future of our educational platform, providing top-tier trading education to both novice and experienced traders. This role blends strategic vision with practical execution, encompassing course development, content management, and community growth. Tasks:

1. Develop & Expand Trading Academy

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the academy to become a leading resource for traders.
• Develop scalable strategies to grow the academy’s reach and impact in the trading community.

2. Course Creation & Lecturer Recruitment

• Design structured, high-quality educational programs on trading, risk management, and strategy building.
• Identify, recruit, and collaborate with top-tier trading experts, analysts, and educators.
• Ensure course content is practical, up-to-date, and suitable for traders at different levels.

3. Content Distribution & External Partnerships

• Expand educational reach by placing SabioTrade courses on third-party platforms (e.g., Udemy, Coursera, proprietary fintech platforms).
• Build co-branded educational collaborations with trading communities and industry partners.

4. Platform-Specific Training & User Education

• Create detailed courses on how to effectively use the SabioTrade platform.
• Ensure new users have access to comprehensive guides, tutorials, and structured learning paths.

5. Mentorship & Community Engagement

• Lead live mentoring sessions, webinars, and interactive workshops to educate and engage traders.
• Provide direct guidance and support to traders through interactive learning formats.

6. Content Oversight & Quality Control

• Oversee the quality, accuracy, and relevance of all academy content.
• Regularly update learning materials to reflect market trends and SabioTrade platform developments.

7. Market Analysis & Thought Leadership

• Write or oversee the production of analytical articles, market insights, and reports.
• Manage and grow SabioTrade’s Telegram trading community, driving engagement through valuable content and discussions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in trading education, course creation, or financial markets training.
• Strong understanding of forex, prop trading, risk management, and technical analysis.
• Ability to recruit, manage, and collaborate with lecturers and trading experts.
• Experience with content distribution and online education platforms.
• Comfortable conducting mentoring sessions, webinars, and live events.
• Strong writing skills for market analysis, trading insights, and educational articles.
• Experience in community management (Telegram, Discord, trading forums, etc.).
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
