Working: Remotely, as part of an international team

Main Responsibilities:

  • Escalating any known or suspected ADRs and serious Product Quality defects to the Responsible Person and relevant Competent Authorities as soon as possible;
  • Maintaining all GDP records in a clear, concise, and error-free manner for at least 5 years, ensuring they are safe, secure, and easily retrievable;
  • Ensure access to all relevant GDP records and documents is readily available;
  • Timely action on any delegated duties from the Responsible Person and Chief Operating Officer;
  • Communicate internally and externally on all product-related matters, including Returns, Damaged Products, Shipment Errors, and Cold Chain Excursions, until these matters are resolved to the satisfaction of all parties;
  • Staying up to date with all EU and Irish regulations and legislation, as well as relevant HPRA guides and updates;
  • Providing leadership and serve as an example in promoting the Company Quality Management System.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry;
  • Proven experience in the same kind of role;
  • Understanding the UK or Irish market within the quality industry is mandatory;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;   

  • Good business acumen.
