We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager for our client - an international company specializing in IT solutions and system integration.
This role requires a proactive approach in identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and guiding them through the sales process to close deals.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the business development team.

Lead meetings with potential clients.

Сollaborate with technical specialists to present solutions and address client needs.

Drive prospects through the sales process to close deals.

Consistently meet or exceed targets for sales.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and interactions in CRM.
Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales or similar role within the IT sector (SaaS, Cloud Services, Infrastructure Services, Hardware, Security Solutions)

Sales experience in the markets of Eastern Europe and CIS countries

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.

Previous experience in IT system integration is advantageous but not required.

Exceptional command of English and Russian. Additional languages are a plus.

Willingness to travel internationally.
