We are a large international company and a market leader in the Gambling industry. Our products include globally recognized gaming and sports-themed apps and websites.

We are launching a new division and looking for support managers for premium clients in Bangladesh.

Responsibilities:

  • To be an employee of the Support for the Company's premium Clients.

    1. Communicate with Clients in the format of incoming and outgoing communications through messengers (mainly) and telephone.

    2. Enter data about each contact in the CRM.

    3. Provide High-Quality information support to the company's VIP Clients about the company's product and services.

  • We are for an individual approach to each Client and the absence of scripts

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer support, preferably in a premium or high-value client environment.
  • PC knowledge. Fast Typing speed.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in English & Bengali. Proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
  • Empathy and Patience: Ability to handle demanding or high-profile clients with professionalism.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets etc and general tech savviness.
  • Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tickets or customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Friendliness, politeness and customer focus.
