Your Tasks
As a Bid Manager you will work as part of our international Sales Team to complete various tasks:

Develop comprehensive service concepts and proposals based on project descriptions;

Prepare accurate and competitive quotations, including costing and pricing,it's timely submission and updates;

Manage and maintain document version control throughout the proposal creation and review process to ensure consistency and accuracy;

Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including the Account Director and Bid Team, to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication across all stages of the proposal;

Prepare internal reports and ensure all necessary documentation is available and up to date for the bid team.
Our Requirements
- Good command of English (B2+);
- 3+ years of previous working experience (or equivalent) in sales or Bid management;
- Excellent Excel Skills;
- Critical thinking and customer orientation.
