Deputy CFO

A leading company is looking for a Deputy CFO to join its top-tier financial leadership team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in large corporations with a turnover of at least several tens of billions of rubles, holding previous roles as CFO or Deputy CFO.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage key financial functions, including:
  Treasury
  Accounting
  FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis)
  Financial Reporting
  Corporate Finance
  Internal Audit & Control
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Lead cross-functional financial teams, driving process improvements and automation.
• Provide strategic insights to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as CFO or Deputy CFO in large companies with a turnover of at least several tens of billions of rubles.
• Expertise in managing one or more financial functions (Treasury, Accounting, FP&A, Reporting, Corporate Finance, Internal Audit & Control).
• Fluent English is a must (both written and spoken).
• Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Deep knowledge of financial regulations, corporate governance, and risk management.
• MBA degree from a top business school is a plus.
• Experience in international companies is an advantage.
