SMM & Community Manager

Primary Job Purpose

As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and experienced colleague to develop our social media presence and community building. This will require having and maintaining advanced knowledge in lead generation and community development on social networks and platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, X(Twitter), Threads, Reddit, Discord, Stack Overflow, GitHub, Quora, YouTube (content strategy, targeted advertising, community management), ability to understand complex IT topics, audience profiling skills, proven track record (cases) developing communities in technically complex areas (preferably IT), excellent communication, copywriting and public speaking skills in English.

Responsibilities

  • Developing an SMM content strategy, creating and posting content, responding to comments on LinkedIn, Facebook, X (ex-Twitter), Threads, Reddit, Discord, Stack Overflow, GitHub, Quora, YouTube

  • Searching, joining and communicating with members of target communities in the formats of posts, comments, videos/short videos on social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, X (ex-Twitter), Threads, Reddit, Discord, Stack Overflow, GitHub, Quora, YouTube and other platforms)

  • Analyzing statistics (reach, engagement, conversion) in order to constantly improve SMM performance

  • Performing brand ambassador functions: participating in online (and, if necessary, on-site) events as a speaker and/or member of the booth team to support the image and values ​​of Infatica, creating a positive brand image (and for other tasks depending on the type of event)

  • Developing, organizing and implementing creative strategies to attract and develop the Infatica brand community, increasing brand awareness and loyalty: initiation, organization, holding of competitions, challenges, collaborations

Required qualifications

  • Experience in SMM from 1 year or a confirmed portfolio of personal projects/blogs

  • Ability to understand and communicate on complex IT topics

  • Confident use of analytical services (Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, etc.), ability to interpret metrics to improve strategy

  • Understanding social media trends, ability to quickly implement new ideas, creatively approach the design of posts, stories and videos

  • Excellent oral and written speech in English (level C1 or above), high communication skills, empathy; public speaking skills (online and on-site) will be a plus

  • Ability to work with a content plan, meet deadlines and set priorities in a variety of tasks

  • Focus on results, willingness to be responsible for the growth of metrics (reach, subscribers, likes, shares, reactions, comments, ROI), analysis and continuous improvement of indicators
