Requirements:
1) Work experience in a similar position for at least 1 year
2) Experience in managing a team of at least 5 people
3) Experience in creating and implementing a 360 marketing strategy
4) Experience of conducting successful negotiations
5) Knowledge of the GCC market (the main players: media inventory providers, specialized agencies, etc.)
Responsibility:
1) GCC market marketing analysis, including competitive analysis
2) Creation and implementation of an annual marketing strategy
3) Marketing and business KPIs monitoring
4) Creation and implementation of SMM, PR, Influence marketing strategies
5) Implementation of trade-marketing activations
6) In-store communication
7) Creation and maintaining a marketing and promo calendar
8) Implementation of campaigns according to the marketing and promo calendar
9) Negotiating with inventory suppliers and trading malls marketing teams to implement in-store communication
10) Events realization (including beauty days, client days, co-promo etc.)
11) Adaptation of a brand communication to the market
12) CEO assistance in negotiating with brands
13) Manage the Letoile marketing team and ensure marketing team smooth operation and KPIs achievement
Conditions:
Work in the LETUAL office in UAE.
