About the Role
We seek an HR professional to assist us with Visa Management & HR Project Management to lead and support our employee relocation process. After completing the relocation project, this role will transition into broader HR responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the full visa and permit process for employees relocating to Spain, Valencia, ensuring compliance with local immigration laws.

Act as the main point of contact between employees & contractors, immigration authorities, legal advisors, and relocation agencies.

Prepare and review visa applications, supporting documents, and work permits.

Track and monitor application progress, ensuring timely submissions and renewals.

Guide employees on immigration requirements, residency permits, and relocation logistics.

Stay updated on changes in Spanish immigration laws and advise management accordingly.

Remote assistance in setting up an office in Valencia.

What We Expect from You

English language: B2+

Russian language: B2+

Spanish is a plus
Experience in visa processing, immigration, or HR with a focus on international employee relocation. -
Excellent communication skills (experience in explaining complex information in organized & simple manner)

Meticulousness and attention to detail

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

2+ years experience in HR (preferably in an international company)
