Requirements:

Experience: 1+ years.

Hard Skills:

Project Management: ensure that the end goal of the team is in process.

Team Management: ensure the team stays focused and on the same page.

Task Estimation and Planning: ensure everyone is aware of what they need to do.

Process Design and Optimization: organize the workflow.

Data Analysis and Reporting: the ability to do and present research.

Financial Management: handle department’s budgets.

Presentation Skills: present to outside partners/clients/your team members.

Negotiation and Discussion: discuss ongoing issues or negotiating.

Conflict Management: stay level-headed in conflicts.

Employee Performance Evaluation: pinpoint the weaknesses and fix them.

Knowledge or relevant experience in AdsPower, Facebook ads, Notion, Jira

Soft Skills:

Critical Thinking: the ability to approach any new information with scrutiny.

Problem Solving: the ability to find solutions to ongoing problems.

Flexibility and Adaptability: the ability to tailor your workflow / actions towards a specific goal to the circumstances

Emotional Intelligence: we value a team lead who can perceive the human side of the employees.

Leadership and Team Inspiration: by that we mean the ability to set your mind on a specific outcome that team has to reach and being active in helping them reach that goal as a leader. This doesn’t mean you working for them, this means you optimizing them.

Will be a plus: Experience in team management — at least 6 months in a team lead role or a similar leadership position. Technical knowledge in the field related to the landing page production team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the work of the team, ensuring effective distribution of tasks and responsibilites.

• Conduct regular meetings.

• Oversee the training and development of the team, while providing constructive feedback on their performance.

• Setting task priorities and managing changes within the project.

• Maintain regular communication with the management and other teams for project progress reporting.

Full Remote Work: Operate from anywhere globally.

Work Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 10 am - 7 pm GMT +3.
