In this Role You Will:

  • Leading Trade Marketing and Category activities for key product categories
  • Support of Trade marketing instruments including development of visuals for Customers, merchandising guidelines by channels and planograms (for POSM and for customers)
  • Analyze sales data from Customers and provide of necessary recommendation to Sales and Marketing on assortment and promo
  • Support Sales with tailored selling stories on category needs and company competitive advantages
  • Support category management agenda within the company, especially within Sales team
  • Implement and follow up category management approach in Customers, according to Customers’ needs and expectations, and based on internal strategy for all categories
  • Prepare category management Customer presentation, participate in the meetings (together with KAMs)
  • Participation in assortment optimization via data analysis, shelf structure and organization, signage, and other materials
  • Build argumentation to convince the retailer to modify the shelf, propose planogram with strong reasoning and data support
  • Coordinate the implementation of the projects within Retailers together with KAM and Category Manager
  • Control and follow-up of the implemented recommendations
  • Participation in evaluating of the effectiveness of the projects for the company

What You Have:

  • University degree in Marketing / Economy / Finance / Technics
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Category Management
  • Experience in leading and full ownership of projects and cross-functional activities
  • At least B2 level of English
  • Accountability
  • Drive for result attitude
  • Multitasking ability
  • Analytical skills, strong MS Excel knowledge, ability to navigate data
