Our international company that specializes in short-term rental of private housing is seeking for a remote Backend Support and Data Entry Specialist. Please review the list of responsibilities and requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage online booking platforms and listing websites, ensuring accurate and up-to-date property information, availability, and rates (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, TripAdvisor, Agoda etc.)
  • Regularly review and analyze online reviews and ratings, addressing any issues or concerns raised by guests in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to optimize property listings for maximum visibility and bookings.
  • Solving various issues ( e.g. reach out to Airbnb/ VRBO/Booking support to resolve account related issues, call software companies etc.)
  • Monitor and update the company's website, ensuring that all property details, descriptions, and images are accurate and appealing.
  • Utilize property management software or online platforms to handle reservations, track bookings, and generate reports.
  • Implement and maintain online pricing strategies, including adjusting rates based on demand, seasonality, and market trends.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and changes in online booking platforms and listing websites, making recommendations for improvements and staying ahead of the competition.
  • Implement and optimize online marketing campaigns, such as online advertisements or promotions, to drive more bookings and increase brand visibility.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English (C1+)
  • Significant proficiency in data entry.
  • Rigorous, precise, problem solving, time management
  • Permanent access to high-speed internet

Conditions:

  • Remote work Monday - Friday, 4:00 P.M.– 12:00 A.M. (MSK)
  • Monthly salary payment
