CLS Global is a fintech company specializing in B2B trading services on the blockchain market.
Right now we’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to support our clients during evening hours on weekdays (Monday to Friday, 19:00–23:00 MSK) and extended hours on weekends (Saturday & Sunday, 08:00–00:00 MSK).
What you’ll do:

Monitor client trading activity and provide support when needed

Communicate with clients and assist them with inquiries

Develop your expertise in finance, trading, and blockchain technologies
What we expect from you:
- Experience in crypto/trading and understanding of financial markets
- Fluent Russian + English (C1 and above)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex client requests
