Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in international stock (public) market analysis;
- Good understanding of the investment process both on the buy and sell side;
- Proficiency in creating financial models and preparing presentations;
- Work experience with transactional documents would be a plus;
- Strong project management skills;
- Exсellent communication skills;
- Fluent English.
Responsibilities:
- International stock (public) market analysis.
- Financial Modeling: Develop detailed financial models, comparable company analysis, and precedent transaction analysis.
- Client Materials: Prepare high-quality client presentations, pitch books, and industry reports.
- Buyer/Seller Research: Conduct market research to identify potential buyers, sellers, and capital sources.
- Manage Pipeline / Internal Management: Coordinate internal tracking pipelines.
- Deal structuring.
