Job Description:
MagnetMint, a leader in AI solutions for business process automation, is seeking a Sales Manager to work with our cutting-edge product, CallReply.ai. Our innovative system transforms the way businesses interact with clients, and we need a specialist who will serve as the crucial link between AI technology and human communication. In this role, you will engage with U.S. business owners, overcoming challenges posed by complex telephone systems and providing expert support for leads pre-qualified by our AI agent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify and further develop leads generated by our AI agent
- Overcome obstacles in complex telephone systems to reach decision-makers
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiations in both Russian and English
- Schedule meetings between potential clients and the Head of Sales
- Maintain detailed records of all contacts and their outcomes
Requirements:
- Fluent in both Russian and English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a B2B environment
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Proficiency with modern technologies, CRM systems, and standard office software
