Senior UI/UX Designer (remout)

International Company need a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design efforts of innovative B2B SaaS platform. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered designs for web and mobile applications that resonate with nessesary (international) audience. This is a hands-on role that requires close collaboration with product managers and developers, a passion for user testing, and a results-driven mindset to deliver exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Leadership: Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile products, including ideation, prototyping, and final execution.
• Prototyping & Scenarios: Develop interactive prototypes and design scenarios tailored to user needs.
• Usability Research: Plan and execute usability studies, gather insights, and leverage competitive analysis to refine designs.
• Design Systems: Maintain and expand our design system to streamline product development and maintain consistency.
• Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs within development constraints.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous design reviews to ensure a high standard of quality in every release.
• Time Management: Handle multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.​​​​​​​

What Looking For
Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI (senior) /UX (middle) design for web and mobile applications.
• 3+ years specializing in B2B SaaS product design.
• An outstanding portfolio showcasing visual design expertise, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Expert in Figma, with advanced use of components, styles, and auto layouts.
• Strong proficiency in usability research, capable of conducting independent studies.
• Knowledge of design implementation tools like Webflow or similar platforms.
• Exceptional attention to detail in composition, typography, and design execution.
• Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Previous experience in start-up environments.
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and applications.

Additional Requirements:

• Flexibility to occasionally work extended hours or weekends during critical project milestones.
