We're looking for the Experienced Retail Manager in Planning
Responsibilities:
- Increasing KT&G sales through effective use of company tools by field staff
- Development and implementation of a Sales Field Structure Performance Assessment System
- Setting tasks for field structure employees
- Preparing instructions for a period (month/quarter)
- Assessing the implementation of KPIs and mandatory tasks by field employees
- Assessing the effectiveness of the set KPIs and implemented motivational programs
- Implementation the reports for the field sales structure
- Creation the training programs
- Development and maintenance of motivation programs
- Communication with related departments
- Development of questionnaires for working with retail outlets
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in performing the above tasks in FMCG company: 5+ (tobacco industry is a priority)
- Strong conversational English
- High education
- Advanced PC skills (professional in Excel, and Power Point, we'll teach you the rest)
