Maison Marom, an international company, is looking for a Business Assistant to the Managing Partner.
The position involves regular business trips to Armenia.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

1. Administrative Support:

  • Manage the calendar and coordinate meetings for the owner.
  • Organize business trips and events.
  • Prepare and systematize documentation.
  • Take minutes at important meetings.

2. Business Processes:

  • Monitor the execution of tasks assigned by the owner.
  • Coordinate work between departments.
  • Prepare company activity reports.
  • Participate in strategic planning.

3. Communications:

  • Manage internal communications.
  • Coordinate with key partners and clients.
  • Prepare presentations and commercial proposals.
  • Represent the owner’s interests at meetings.

4. Project Management:

  • Monitor the implementation of strategic projects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Track project KPIs.
  • Optimize business processes.

5. Financial Control:

  • Monitor budget execution.
  • Analyze financial performance.
  • Prepare financial reports for the owner.

6. HR Support:

  • Participate in the recruitment of key employees.
  • Coordinate employee development programs.
  • Assist in shaping the company’s corporate culture.

7. Analytics and Development:

  • Analyze the market and competitors.
  • Prepare recommendations for business development.
  • Research new growth opportunities.
  • Monitor trends in the lifestyle industry.

WHAT QUALITIES AND EXPERIENCE WILL HELP YOU IN THIS ROLE?

  • Higher education (preferably in economics, management, or law).
  • At least 2 years of experience as an assistant or business assistant.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and Notion.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of responsibility.
  • Knowledge of business etiquette and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
  • Strategic thinking and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stress-resilience and the ability to work under pressure.
