Your Key Responsibilities
Business Development – establish and manage the Chinese department, build a scalable sales and marketing strategy, and drive market expansion.
Partnership Growth – create and nurture a strong network of Chinese partners, including clinics, agencies, and medical professionals.
Sales & Marketing – execute powerful strategies to increase client flow, strengthen partnerships, and enhance our brand presence in China.
Team Leadership – hire, train, and lead a high-performing team (client managers, translators, medical coordinators). Inspire, guide, and set new standards in the industry!
Process Optimization – ensure seamless operations, high-level customer service, and efficiency for Chinese clients across all touchpoints.
Who We Are Looking For
Leadership Experience5+ years in a senior role in IVF, surrogacy, healthcare, or business development within the Chinese market.
Industry Knowledge – deep understanding of reproductive medicine, international surrogacy programs, and legal aspects.
Proven Business Growth Skills – a track record of attracting clients, scaling operations, and building successful partnerships.
Chinese Market Expertise – knowledge of local business culture, consumer behavior, and key market trends.
Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills – ability to build trust, close deals, and maintain long-term relationships with partners and clients.
Languages – Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English is essential. Russian is a plus.
