In this role you will be responsible for managing a team of Account managers working with the Strategic clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new opportunities within the sales designated territory – existing big clients and potential strategic customers
  • Managing the Team of 2-3 Account Managers: KPIs setting, coaching the team on Strategy, Products, Markets, Businesses, identifying training and educational needs, coaching on negotiations
  • Pipeline management, timely identify and assess market trends to capture opportunities
  • Following and mapping Key Accounts, and developing relationship with Key People
  • Negotiation of commercial contracts
  • Develop excellent product knowledge, industry specific knowledge (Oil, Gas, Oil products, Petchems, Fertilizers)
  • Cross-team collaboration with Marketing, preparing campaigns for Strategic Accounts, Business Development, other departments within the company

Experience:

  • Degree in Economics/Law/Business Management/ Engineering/ Oil and Gas/ Chemistry
  • No less than 2-year experience in people management (sales team)
  • 5-year experience in Sales IT, IP License products and or consulting data bases and ratings
  • Experience in working with Oil and Gas companies, Chemicals, Exchanges, Commodity traders will an advantage
  • Strong negotiation, communication, presentation skills
  • Fluent English
