Mystery Shopper
The mystery shopper will conduct an analysis intervention in his/her area of residence, monitor fashion retail to verify correct sales practices, process the results and prepare the final report.
Procedures for carrying out the intervention
The activity is structured to be integrated into your schedule, with total flexibility. The mystery shopper is a very simple role. Posing as a customer, you will have to go to a point of sale and without any obligation to make a purchase, all you have to do is observe the various aspects of the sales process and the attitudes of the sales assistants, filling out a final report after the completion of the visit.
The final report is based on simple questions concerning the customer experience perceived inside the store and will not take you more than 20 minutes to fill in.
Requirements:
We are looking for professionals with experience, even minimal, in the Sales & Marketing area and with a solid knowledge of sales issues.
We are looking for independent, proactive and determined people with the strength and ability to work for objectives.
