A creator joins our platform, secures funding, invests in content, team, or hiring, and starts scaling. Dozens of new creators join us every month, we've raised $30m+ to help creators growing faster by getting access to the capital, and we are growing at a rate of 100% per month.
We are looking for a Designer YouTube Thumbnail to create high-performing, visually striking thumbnails that capture attention and drive clicks.
What You’ll Do:

Design complex and engaging thumbnails for various topics and content types

Work with RAW photos and screenshots to create high-quality graphics

Utilize typography, composition, and color theory to enhance visual appeal

Implement AI tools (text-to-image generation) to develop creative assets

Collaborate with the content production team to ensure consistent, high-quality designs

Follow brand guidelines while bringing fresh and creative ideas to the table
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in YouTube thumbnail design (portfolio required!)

Strong skills in Photoshop or other relevant design tools

Understanding of CTR optimization, audience psychology, and YouTube trends

Experience in photo manipulation, retouching, and composition

Ability to strictly meet deadlines and work efficiently under time constraints

Openness to feedback and willingness to make revisions as needed

Knowledge of AI-based design tools is a plus
