Field Engineer NVK (Water supply and sewerage)

Consulting company Nordcore provides recruiting and staffing services for Russian and international companies in oil&gas, petrochemical, chemical, mining, metallurgical, engineering and other industries.

We are looking for local expert capable of Marka NVK, VK engineering considering and checking a local code, rule and regulation for FEED, PD, DD up to As-built design with support at Site.

Responsibilities

• Main engineering works on Industrial & Clean sewer drainage system, Water supply system, Sanitary treatment system, Underground piping network and facilities, Pit, Culvert, Trench, Earth work, Survey for underground work, Procurement for Marka NVK material, Tender inquiry document, Attending the meeting on 3D model review and weekly & monthly progress etc.
• Cooperative engineering work for Marka NVK, Underground fire water network, Fire water demand calculation, Water spray system, Foam system, Firefighting equipment arrangement (PT), Gas extinguishing system (AUGPT) and Internal water supply system (VK), and Procurement work for Marka PT and AUGPT.
• 3D model works such as Underground piping network design using E3D/S3D, Conversion of network plans, network profiles/network diagrams/equipment, goods and material specifications/pipe assemblies from 3D to 2D, Creating clash check report and Integrity check report, review/closed report after 3D model.
• Prepare, review and management of Engineering drawing, Calculation sheet, Specification, BM/BQ with BM basis, Cost document, Design basis, Engineering report (if required), Engineering and Construction schedule, Quality control of engineering documents, Value engineering, Risk management, Vendor print, Survey/Simulation report, Other discipline information for engineering, 3D modeling, Material requisition, TBE and CBE.
• Adaptation and review work complying with Russian Regulation/Code and Russian practice.
• Review and reply of Client’s comments or letter and Reflecting agreed matters to design documents including 3D modeling.
• Response on query from Construction management contractor or Construction contractor at Site.
• Management of doc. on field design changes.
• Preparing and Management of As-built design, PD change with PSTS, RTN (RosTechNadzor).
• Tender document review in ITB and Preparing proposal documents including BM for bidding of Russian Projects.

Requirements

• English – ability to have an interview and communicate with management mostly in written
• Full knowledge of Russian Regulation (GOST, SNiP and SP Code etc.) for Piping engineering (water supply & sewer drainage system, Underground piping network)
• Experience in engineering of Marka NVK / VK as per Russian regulation
• Capable of preparing a hydraulic calculation report for Marka NVK, VK, PT engineering as per Russian design code and regulation

Conditions

• Workplace: Ust-Luga, Kingisepp, Leningrad Region (at Site)
• Work hours: 40-hour 6-day working week
• Fix-term Contract for 3 years with further prolongation
