Our client, a major industrial holding, is looking for a candidate to take on the role of:
Head of Logistics (Industrial Sector)
This position offers a hybrid work format and leadership over a team of more than 10 employees. For candidates relocating from another region, the company is prepared to provide housing compensation.
Objectives

Oversee the efficient management of international and domestic logistics.

Develop logistics chains utilizing various transport modes, including air, sea, rail, and road freight.

Manage the current pool of contractors to optimize transportation and achieve target delivery metrics.

Collaborate with business and functional leaders on all key logistics matters.

Build an effective organizational structure and foster the professional growth of the team.
Expectations

5+ years of experience in a senior logistics management role.

Relevant experience in organizing international transportation of complex technical products or equipment (import and export).

Higher education.

Creative problem-solving skills.

English proficiency is a strong advantage.
