The Role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Accounting Specialist with a strong background in both cryptocurrency and banking. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the entire holding company, with a focus on accounting, reporting, analysis, and financial planning across all our entities. Key Responsibilities

Real-time Transactional Accounting: Implement and oversee full transactional accounting across all group companies in a real-time mode, ensuring seamless integration with crypto and fiat operations.

Automated Financial Reconciliation: Develop and maintain automated reconciliation processes for crypto transactions, integrating with internal financial tools and platforms.

Weekly Treasury Balances Update: Maintain and update treasury balance reports on a weekly basis, ensuring accurate tracking of financial flows across multiple jurisdictions.

Weekly Profitability Summary: Generate and present detailed profitability reports for our fintech products, incorporating blockchain-based financial data.

Monthly Financial Management Reporting: Prepare structured financial statements and management reports using advanced financial modeling in Notion and Excel.

Accounting Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external accountants to standardize financial processes and documentation.

Financial Software Management: Utilize financial software solutions, including Zoho Books and Notion, to streamline reporting and financial analysis.
About You

Proven experience in financial management, accounting, or treasury within a fintech, blockchain, or payments-related company.

Strong analytical and reconciliation skills, with the ability to automate financial processes using scripts or financial software.

Hands-on approach, capable of handling complex financial data efficiently and working autonomously.

Familiarity with unit economics, treasury operations, and crypto-to-fiat reconciliation.

Experience working in Notion as a financial reporting and documentation tool.

Proficiency in financial software.

Fluent in English, native in Russian.

Strong skills in Excel, including financial modeling, data analysis, and automation.

Basic programming skills (Python, SQL, or VBA) for financial automation are a plus.
