A leading payment integrator, is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, assess market verticals, compare solutions, and select the most effective ones for our business.

Proactive Engagement: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders (CEOs, top management), negotiate optimal terms, and ensure access to decision-makers in target companies.

Time Management & Teamwork: Effectively manage tasks, prioritize company objectives, collaborate with internal teams, delegate responsibilities, and take ownership of results.

New Business Development: Identify and engage with payment industry companies in priority regions. Build a strong partner network through meetings, emails, calls, social media, referrals, and attending industry events. Be ready for business trips.

Inbound Sales: Handle incoming requests from local and international markets. Conduct negotiations, assess and analyze companies (including technical aspects), prepare and manage documentation, and oversee deals from initiation to contract signing and first transaction.

Market Research: Gather insights on client needs, industry trends, and the evolving landscape of payment systems.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in the payment industry.

Experience in gambling, betting, or affiliate marketing.

Understanding of high-risk industries.

Fluent English (Advanced or Native).

Willingness and ability to travel internationally.

An existing client network is a plus.

Strong teamwork, task management, and ability to meet deadlines.

Proactive, driven, communicative, and stress-resistant.
