Senior Procurement Specialist (marketing)

A large international company requires a Procurement Specialist (marketing).

Responsibilities:

• Introduction and control of indirect procurement;
• Organization of tenders for the selection of suppliers for indirect procurement;
• Regular assessment of existing suppliers and existing procurement prices for standard goods and services;
• Organizing the supplier assessment process in accordance with the plan, using control cards;
• Regular control of purchase prices for standard goods and services.

Requirements:

• Higher education.
• Experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Purchasing areas from 3 year supporting sourcing projects.
• English language – Upper Intermediate or higher.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP based products and ability to quickly learn other applications.
• Knowledge of procurement basics.
• Expertise in category pricing structure and tender process specifics.
• Preferable subcategories: marketing, administrative, HR, IT, Logistics, etc.
