Purchasing Specialist (Marketing Services)

Responsibilities:

1: Sourcing: Responsible for sourcing and business negotiation of service suppliers; Through negotiation by inquiry, bidding, etc., complete the contract signing and other resource procurement work, continuously build and improve the resource pool of service suppliers, provide more cost-effective services.
2. Supply management: Responsible for supplier resource development, review, daily maintenance, performance appraisal and exit.
3. Procurement strategy: Responsible for organizing and formulating the procurement strategy of the service section, and responsible for the results of the service procurement strategy.
4: Demand management: Formulate annual strategic procurement and procurement objectives, strategies and action plans. According to the annual budget and planning, tap the potential demand, output the annual strategy report, and review it quarterly, and adjust the strategic direction in a timely manner.
5. Delivery guarantee: Responsible for daily business exception handling, meeting business needs in a timely manner, planning demand management and schedule management, and ensuring timely and compliant delivery of procurement projects;
6. Other matters assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

• English can be used as the office language;
• At least 1 years'working experience of marketing/business/procurement/design/creative/client in advertising/marketing/PR/creative/digital marketing/MCN/Media/kol agency;
• At least 1 years' working ecperiences of marketing in Computer/Communicatin/Consumer Electronics/mobile phone company

Conditions:

• Employment in full compliance with the Russian Labor Code.

• Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00-18:00 (office work).
