We are looking for a local training specialist for an international digital platform with a igaming theme.
Responsibilities:
1) Conducting trainings for new and experienced employees;
2) Conducting weekly meetings with operators based on the results of identified violations/answering questions for the purpose of correction;
3) Developing and conducting testing in Google Forms;
4) Supporting newcomers at the onboarding stage Proofreading operator chats for common errors and questions;
5) Monitoring employee performance, offering ideas for their improvement.
Requirements:
1) Experience working in a call center in a management position (senior specialist/training specialist/quality control specialist/team leader) will be an advantage;
2) Russian/English language level: C1 for communication with company managers;
3) Competent oral and written speech in native language (German);
4) Knowledge of MS programs at the level of a confident user;
5) Initiative, proactivity, sociability, responsibility.
