Sales Assistant

1. Recruit Field:

• Location: Moscow, Russian Federation

3. Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree or above at a four-year University
• Language: Fluent English is mandatory
• Work experience of at least 1 year at the position of sales assistant or we can also consider newly graduated from university talented people with good English level

• A confident user of PCs, office software (Word, Excel, etc.) and office equipment

• Empathy, attentiveness, responsibility

• Good communication skills, competent speech.

4. Responsibilities:

• Communication with existing and looking for new customers (For steel, grain, chemical etc.)
• Participation in the preparation of documents for shipments (invoices, packages, etc.)
• Translation of the documents, oral translation during meetings with partners
• Filling in information and tables on request
• Making marketing researches
• Following of Head and Sales Department requests
