Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a compelling product vision and strategy for our digital credit card offerings in Mexico.
- Drive product innovation, leveraging fintech trends, customer insights, and regulatory frameworks.
- Define and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and continuous iteration.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless digital-first customer experience. • Collaborate with risk, compliance, and legal teams to ensure regulatory alignment and responsible lending practices.
- Optimize product performance through data-driven decision-making and A/B testing. Build and mentor a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in credit cards and digital payments.
- Manage the lifecycle of 3 Agile teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as CPO, VP of Product, or similar leadership role in Fintech, Banking, Digital banking, or Payments.
- Deep expertise in credit cards, lending, and digital financial products.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset to optimize product performance and drive user growth.
- Hands-on experience with digital onboarding, risk management, and customer lifecycle optimization.
- Track record of launching and scaling successful financial products in competitive markets.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory; will be assessed during the interview).
- Willing to work in Mexican schedule.
