We´re an international relocation company helping people all over the world to get EU residency.

Our business is present in markets of Spain, France, and Portugal and is aiming to grow twice next year.

We´re looking for a Business Assistant with written and verbal fluency in English and Russian (Spanish will be a plus).

Responsibilities:

Search and contact new providers/partners if necessary.

Collection, analysis, and systematization of information within the framework of the set task

Time management and scheduling of meetings

Running personal errands for the management team

Communicating with clients

Working closely with the management team to ensure the smooth running of the business.

Requirements:

✓ Bachelor's degree

✓ Experience in business management and paperwork

✓ Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

✓ Verbal and written fluency in English and Russian is a must, Spanish will be a plus

✓ Proven ability to work under pressure, including coping with deadlines, multiple tasks, and competing demands

✓ International experience is a plus

✓ Focused and goal-oriented

What we offer:

Fixed remuneration of 75.000 rubles with annual indexation of salary and the ability to increase remuneration up to 110000 during the first year.

Work remotely from any country.

Working conditions are discussed individually with the successful candidate and can be flexible.
